HAPPINESS PROGRAM
Khyati Gandhi says-
“The happiness program changed the way I looked at life. It helped me modify my lifestyle in a better way with the help of breathing. It's a way to reach to the inside of your soul and enlighten yourself. Happiness program doesn't only make you happy from the outside but touches your inside and helps you to spread the happiness and positivity with others. It's infectious and as you know positive minds attract positive actions and positive people...the happiness program does that for you.”
Chandrashekhar Periagaram writes-
“Unshakable smile, unwavering mind, unbelievable happiness and an undeniable sense of spirit were just some of my takeaways after doing the Happiness Program for the first time.
I enrolled with high expectations and was thoroughly surprised when they were shattered and new heights of experience and learning were reached in an interesting and fun way. Profound wisdom is thoughtfully encapsulated in the form of games, stories and processes that ensure they remain available to you at your beck and call when you need them in life's challenges.”

"The Teacher is one of the most powerful women I have ever known. She makes you push yourself beyond the limits you have set for yourself. Doing yes plus with Teacher in the super beautiful Gagangiri ashram was a great experience. Though I was repeating the course, I still learnt a lot from it."
Nidhi Parekh-
"The Yes Plus Course that was held by The Teacher was a life changing course. The activities, life lessons and learning the Sudarshankriya are imprinted in my head even today. It opened me to a lot of aspects of my personality and made me believe more in myself. It encouraged me to perform well in the course and even in life. Mostly importantly it was where I discovered my spiritual side. Teacher was the ideal teacher and she built a strong personal bond with each of her students. She believed in us and made us want to become better versions of ourselves."
The Ashram comes as a pleasant surprise. One would never imagine such a peaceful place in Mumbai which has peacocks and such surreal beauty.
"I am thankful for having done this course and meeting some amazing people."
Rajeev Rambhia-
"A very sacred and powerful program is what I will call the happiness program. I had zero expectation. The reason I enrolled for it was because I was going through a lot of mental stress and uneasiness in my father chaotic life. The course doesn't only teach you a step by step way to do the Sudarshan Kriya which bought a lot of peace to my inner self but also there were a lot of interactive sessions along with fun games which triggers your zone in which you are uncomfortable. My teacher Pooja Di did bring out the best in me and pointed out potentials I did not know I was even capable of. A truly blissful experience and everyone must do it at least once. Go with an open mind and you wouldn't be disappointed. Jai Guru Dev"

"I had first read about the art of living Yes+ course in a teenage fashion magazine, where I was an intern. Being a regular 19 year old, I suffered from anxiety, peer pressure and body image issues like many youngsters do today. However I chanced upon this article In the same magazine written by one of the founders of the Yes+ program, Dinesh Godke, which spoke about how to deal with these issues. After that I made it a point to read his articles without a miss. I even googled him out and was impressed by his credentials! Wow! An IITian who meditates! How cool is that? After a few months I had the good fortune to do a course with both Bawa and Dinesh and it has been one of the most defining moments in my life. Simple techniques like breathing and yoga solved so many dilemmas. Something that shopping, clubbing, alcohol and drugs could never do. I felt relaxed and dynamic at the same time. My grades improved and so did my inter personal relationships. I had never experienced something like this before, it simply felt like magic. A breath of fresh air in a dusty life. Life has been a joyride since my first Yes+ Program and I wish more youngsters embark on this process."
